5 Nov 2007 - First silverware of the season

Latchford Albion's Under Nines were given a rare opportunity to experience competitive rugby. Not that their friendly league fixtures aren't competitive but they are designed to be friendly affairs with nothing at stake until the team reaches the Under 12 age group. The Warrington Wolves Foundation held their first tag festival during the Autumn half term and luckily for Latchford it was on home territory at Victoria Park. Not that luck entered into it as Mike Syres has developed his charges into a fine little outfit and ran out winners of the competition. Well done boys and girls.
