The Annual General Meeting of the Youth Section is upon us once again.
It will take place at The Grange Club on Wednesday, 8th August 2007.
The format is as per previous years.
The secretary, coaching co-ordinator and treasurer will deliver thei annual reports.
Each team coach will deliver a short report of how their team progressed during the past twelve months and a balance for the team's finances.
The role of coach is up for election with the club's current officials making their own proposals for the positions.
The role of secretary, coaching co-ordinator, registrations secretary and treasurer are also up for re-election.
All members & their parents/guardians are welcome, nay encouraged (!) to attend. See you there.
